博士生导师,目前是中国计算机学会高级会员,美国ACM会员,国家自然科学基金通讯评委,教育部学位点通讯评委。2008年入选江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,2012年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次培养人才,2016年入选江苏省“333”高层次人才,2018年入选广东外语外贸大学“云山杰出学者”等荣誉称号,先后担任南京信息工程大学信息化建设与管理处副处长、应用技术学院副院长等职务。近年来,在《中国科学》、《计算机学报》、《Appl. Soft Comput.》、《Expert Syst. Appl.》、《Eur. J. Oper. Res.》、《Phys. Rev. E》、《Comput. Oper. Res.》、《Comput. Indust. Eng.》等国内外一些专业权威学术期刊上发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇,EI收录30余篇,授权发明专利2项。近年来承担了包括国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金重大项目、公益性行业(气象)科研专项、省自然科学基金等十余项国家级、省部级项目。担任包括IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation、IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics、European Journal of Operational Research、OMEGA、Computers & Operations Research、Physics Review E、Physica A、Computers & Industrial Engineering、中国科学、计算机学报等在内的二十余个国际SCI、EI期刊的评审专家。
