柯晓华，女，博士，教授，南粤优秀教师，广东外语外贸大学学术委员，广东外语外贸大学教学名师。广东外语外贸大学国际合作与交流处处长，港澳台事务办公室主任，孔子学院办公室主任，国际交流党总支书记。担任国家留学基金委员会项目评审专家；担任多个国际期刊（Computational Intelligence, Perspectives: Studies in Translatology, Journal of Educational Measurement, Natural Language Engineering等）审稿人；中国计算机学会高级会员，CCF YOCSEF（广州）2018-2019主席，广州欧美同学会•广州留学人员联谊会番禺分会副会长（2016-），担任广东省科学技术厅科技咨询专家，广东省自然科学基金委专家等。从事管理科学与工程、自然语言处理等研究，把代表信息社会最前沿技术的人工智能与管理科学、语言科学结合起来，研究成果促进知识管理和决策的科学性、可持续性发展，为国家和地方经济社会发展提供必要的理论支撑和可操作的科研成果。
KE Xiaohua, female, Ph.D. holder, professor, South Guangdong Outstanding Teacher, academic member of GDUFS, and famous teacher of GDUFS. She is currently Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Director of the Confucius Institutes/Classrooms Affairs Office, Director of the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs, and Secretary of Party Branch of International Exchange of GDUFS. She is a review expert of projects of China Scholarship Council, reviewer for several international journals (Computational Intelligence, Perspectives: Studies in Translatology, Journal of Educational Measurement, Natural Language Engineering, etc.), senior member of the China Computer Federation, Chairman of CCF YOCSEF (Guangzhou) 2018 -2019, Deputy Chairman of the Panyu Branch of Guangzhou Western Returned Scholars Alumni Association • Guangzhou Western Returned Scholars Association (2016-), science and technology consulting expert of the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, and expert of the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation. KE is engaged in research on management science and engineering, natural language processing and so on. By combining artificial intelligence, which represents the forefront technology of the information society, with management science and language science, her research results promote the scientific and sustainable development of knowledge management and decision-making for China and local authorities, and provide necessary theoretical support and operational research results for local economic and social development.
